But A Dream- A Poem

These days are a daze

Drifting in a thick haze of thoughts

Or maybe it was a dream

all of you

Well-defined edges of life

now cloudy, rounded

As if I am a figure, unmoving

inside a snow globe

The Earth stirs, shakes, turns upside down

while I am aimlessly adhered

with no choice

but to wait for the snow

to settle around me

And if I must wait for life to unfold…

then I will be here

forever.
